Golf Concludes Season at Allegheny Invite

Final Results

Meadville, Pa. – A revamped Oberlin College golf team ended its season over the weekend by competing in the final event of the NCAC Championship Series – The Allegheny Invite.

Oberlin carded in a three-round team score of 1,264 on the par-72, 6,629-yard course.

Ron Rupard was the Yeomen's top finisher with a total of 298 (102-97-99), placing 39th overall.

Jake Panka ended in 41st-place with a mark of 307 (101-104-102).

Shahab Raza sandwiched a second-round 101 around a 108 the first time through and a 109 in the final round to finish with 318 strokes, good for 43rd overall.

Adam Lowther turned in his best performance of the weekend with a final round score of 112, ending 44th with 347 (119-116-112) total swings.

Corey Kidd rounded out the OC lineup by shooting 362 (113,124,125) to place 45th.

Ohio Wesleyan won the event with a team mark 898. The Bishops Jeff Nieman also took medalist honors with a three round score of 218 (73-72-73.)
