October 15 – Ninety minutes wasn't enough to determine a winner, but the Ohio Wesleyan Bishops broke the scoreless tie in the 97th minute to steal a 1-0 victory from the Oberlin College men's soccer team on Wednesday night.
Brian Greene's goal from 35 yards out lifted the Bishops to victory and improved their conference record to 5-0, while the Yeomen fall to 1-4 in league play.
The match was evenly played from wire-to-wire as both teams used a ball-control type offense, with OWU firing off 22 shots compared to 13 for the Yeomen. With each team fighting for scoring opportunities, Oberlin was able to force Ohio Wesleyan into surrendering five corner kicks, while allowing seven of its own.

Oliver Miller-Farrell led the Yeomen with three shots, including two on goal while
Evan Atwell,
Pete Sabo and
Kyle Taljan totaled two shots each.
Zach Lipshultz played in goal the entire game – matching a season-high six saves.
Oberlin will look to bounce back on Saturday when they play host to Denison University in the final home game of the season. The action will get underway at 4 p.m. from Fred Shults Field.
