Sangeeta Jhaveri Crouser, a member of the Class of 1986, earned four varsity letters in women's tennis (1982-86) during her career at Oberlin. She was the team captain for two season. Crouser earned the team Most Valuable Player award in 1984 and 1986, as well as the Most Inspirational Player in 1983 and 1985. Following graduation, Crouser went on to obtain her M.D. from the University of Cincinnati. Sangeeta received her residency training at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Currently, she is a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist in Columbus, Ohio.
