David Curtin was named North Coast Athletic Player of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday morning.
A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, Curtin helped lead the Yeomen to a 3-1 week, batting .500 (9-of-18) while slugging .833. During the stretch, Curtin pounded out six doubles and collected 15 total bases.Â
The Yeomen's everyday third baseman also went 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts and delivered two sacrifice flies.Â
Curtin had two-plus hits in each of the four games, including a 3-hit, 3-RBI effort in the Yeomen's 19-12, 11-inning win over Capital.
