ACCESS
-
Pool – Given the construction status (the deck and pool demolition are complete) access to the pool must be coordinated with Leo Evans. Use of construction key to access the pool is prohibited due to safety concerns.
-
Transformer and Switchgear - Zenith has placed a padlock on the exterior mounted transformer and switchgear to ensure a secure condition. The key to the padlock is in the Contractor key box on hook #160 at the Office of Safety and Security for restricted use by OC electricians and Zenith.
-
Fire Alarm Control Panel (facp) - Access to the facp can be gained from either the 1st floor racquetball corridor or the southwest building entrance. Individuals entering this area are required to use the construction keys (see Access item 3) to access this area and to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment;
-
Construction - Panzica Construction Company (PCC) has installed construction cylinders in doors as identified on the Philips - Contractor Building Access 3.3.17 drawing and a lock on the construction gate. A copy of the keys used to secure these locations has been placed in the Contractor key box on hook #209 in the Office of Safety and Security for College employees to use in the event of an emergency. The use of these cylinders and locks provides a secure construction zone and minimizes accidental access to this zone.
